Business Analyst

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical  solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
• Analyze and document current state processes, workflows, and systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, and other relevant artifacts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Support the testing, implementation, and deployment of business solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not required.
