Business Data Analyst

Job Description:

Insightful insights is seeking a talented Business Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making.
• Conducting root cause analysis and ad-hoc investigations to address business challenges.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis techniques.
