As your team knows, the SWIM program is one of the seven transformational programs for NextGen. As we come to the anniversary of another year of support to SWIM delivery of NEXTGEN capabilities to the FAA, I want to recognize NorthStar Group for providing high quality enterprise architecture (EA) and system engineering support for the SWIM program office. I appreciate very much your endorsement and support to the initiation of a long term effort to develop and maintain a comprehensive set of SWIM EA artifacts. The team has also worked diligently to build an impressive set of systems specifications, library of systems and business process artifacts and provided general systems engineering support for SWIM Segment 2 definition. I want to acknowledge the NorthStar Group team efforts on SWIM and look forward to the coming year and sharing in the celebration of more accomplishments.
