QA Lead

Job Description:

• QualityTech is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our software testing efforts and ensure the quality of our products. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of testers, developing test strategies, and coordinating testing activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and mentoring a team of QA testers.
• Developing test plans, strategies, and schedules.
• Reviewing requirements and design specifications to ensure testability.
• Establishing and enforcing QA standards and best practices.
• Managing defect tracking and resolution processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
