Scrum Master

Agile Solutions is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and foster collaboration within our teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Removing impediments and obstacles to team progress.
Coaching teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the backlog.
Monitoring team performance and fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in software development environments.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
